CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 can Veg-All
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. chicken broth
3 pieces of toast
Salt
Pepper

Boil chicken at a steady boil for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours (until chicken is fully cooked). Debone chicken and place in ungreased casserole dish. Add Veg-All, mushrooms, butter, poultry seasoning and chicken broth. Stir together. Crumble toast evenly over dish. Place in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
