CREAMY MACARONI AND CHEESE BAKE 
2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped canned pimiento
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded American cheese

Combine first 5 ingredients. Blend together soup, milk and cheese. Stir into macaroni. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 cup shredded American cheese. Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
