CHOCOLATE PIE 
2/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
8 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
6 egg yolks
6 tbsp. butter
Vanilla to taste

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add milk, cook until thick and add egg and butter. Cook 1 minute longer and add vanilla, pour into browned pie shell.

MERINGUE FOR PIE:

Beat 6 egg whites until stiff, then add 2/3 cup sugar gradually beating until stiff and fluffy, swirl on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees until browned.
