RAISIN OATMEAL COOKIES (ALL
NATURAL)
 
4 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. non fat dry milk
1/2 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. butter
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 c. apple juice concentrate
1 c. raisins, chopped
1 c. whole raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine oats, cinnamon, dry milk and wheat germ in medium size bowl. Beat butter, egg and egg whites and juice concentrate together in large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients until blended, then stir in raisins.

Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet and bake until edges are firm, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Makes 60 cookies.
