SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
1/2 c. sugar twin
1/4 c. water
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 oz. milk chocolate candy, cut into 1/4" pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar twin. Add egg, vanilla, dry milk and water. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add flour and soda. Blend 2 minutes at low speed. Fold in candy. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. 31 calories per cookie.
