STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
Spaghetti sauce (Ragu or whatever)
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parsley
Parmesan cheese to taste

Brown ground beef and sausage. Mix meat and other ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese together. Stuff shells with mixture; put in pan and pour sauce and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
