STUFFED SHELLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, diced
3 slices bread, crumbled
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 can mushrooms
Garlic salt
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
Italian seasoning
1 lg. jar Ragu with mushrooms

Brown chuck and onion; drain and cool. Place in mixing bowl with bread, milk, egg, drained mushrooms, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, garlic salt, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool so you handle. Stuff each noodle shell with meat mixture. Place in baking dish. Cover with Ragu and rest of cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
