CORNBREAD SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. cornmeal 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp 2 med. onions, chopped 4 med. tomatoes, chopped 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. mayonnaise Bake a pan of regular cornbread, using about 1 1/2 cups cornmeal. Mix vinegar and mayonnaise together, crumble cornbread, and mix all other ingredients together. Serve cold. |
