CONGO BARS 
2 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix together sugar, eggs and butter. Sift and add in thirds; flour, salt and baking powder. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut when cool.
