STRAWBERRY SUPREME CAKE 
1 pkg. generic white cake mix, add 3 tbsp. white flour for high altitudes
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
4 eggs, med. or lg. size
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Wesson oil (or any other)

Mix together. Add 1 (10 oz.) package defrosted strawberries, stirring into above (do not beat in). Place in pans. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until springs to touch at approximately 350 degrees.

STRAWBERRY SUPREME FROSTING:

5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 sticks butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Gradually add milk to flour over fire and stir to boiling. Remove from fire and cool; set aside. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add to flour-milk mixture and beat all together. If you wish to change consistency add one egg to frosting. Spread on your layer cakes. Can add whole strawberries on icing if desired.
