STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM SUPREME 
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. half and half

Pour cream into mixing bowl. Whisk sugar in a little at a time. Pour in half and half. Whisk to blend. 1/3 c. sugar Juice of a half lemon

Combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in mixing bowl. Cover, refrigerate for 1 hour. Mash strawberries to a puree and stir in cream base. Transfer to ice cream freezer. Freeze.
