RAW VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. bite-size cauliflower
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onions
4 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. bite-size broccoli
1 c. sliced raw carrots
1 1/2 c. Italian dressing

Toss and marinate vegetables in Italian dressing for 3 hours. Keep refrigerated. May also add 1 package pepperoni.
