RAW VEGETABLE DISH 
1 head cauliflower
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, cut up
2 carrots, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut up
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. salad oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Mix with other vegetables in a bowl. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let set for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
