RAW VEGETABLE PLATTER WITH HERB
DIP
 
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. dried minced salad herbs
Lettuce
2 carrots, crinkle cut into strips
2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 lg. cucumber, sliced
10 radishes

In a small bowl stir together the plain yogurt, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and mixed salad herbs. Cover and chill.

On a lettuce lined plate arrange the carrots, celery, cucumber slices and radishes. Place the bowl of chilled herb dip on or beside the plate. Makes 4 servings.
