CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 large chicken breast
1/4 c broth
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1/4 c melted butter
1 1/2 c brushed Ritz crackers-crushed

Boil chicken breast-debone and chop-set aside. Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs-put 1/2 this mixture in a greased casserole. Cover with diced chicken. Mix together soup, broth and sour cream and pour over top. Cover with remaining cracker crumbs.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until cracker crumbs are light brown.
