BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers

Mix together broccoli, onion, celery and 1/2 cup of water and boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Add soups, no water. Add rice. Stir together and put into a shallow casserole dish. Add enough cheese to cover top. Crush crackers to cover top. Dot with butter, and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
