SKILLET MACARONI & BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. uncooked macaroni (2 c.)
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1-1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
16 oz. can tomato sauce

Brown beef in pan and remove. In same pan saute macaroni, onion and green pepper. Return meat to the pan and add tomato sauce, water and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until macaroni is cooked.
