SKILLET MACARONI & BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. macaroni
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Lightly brown ground beef in a skillet. Remove meat and cook macaroni, onion, green pepper until onion is soft. Return meat to skillet, add tomato sauce, water, salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
