BEEFY MACARONI SKILLET | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion 1 (28 oz.) can of tomatoes 1 c. water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 can corn (drain) 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Brown beef and onion in skillet; drain. Stir in tomatoes with liquid and remaining ingredients except cheese. Heat to boiling, reduce to low, cover and simmer until macaroni is tender. Add cheese before serving. |
