SKILLET MACARONI & BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked sm. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook beef in large skillet until it looses its redness, drain fat. Stir in macaroni, onions, green peppers, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until macaroni is transparent. Add tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, simmer 20 minutes; stir and let stand 5 minutes with heat off.
