1 yellow cake mix
1 lg. can peaches
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Grease 9"x13" pan. Cut peaches, add 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Stir. Cover peach mixture with cake mix and bake according to cake mix directions. Serve with cream if desired.
