CHERRY
 
Peaches: Put in sherbet dishes.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. Amaretto liqueur

Put into small container of Cool Whip.

CHERRY SAUCE:

Serve on angel or pound cake.

1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. port wine

Combine all ingredients except wine in small saucepan over low heat; when bubbly, remove from heat and stir in wine. Serve immediately!

Note: If frozen, take out what you need; heat but do not cook - serve!
