SPAGHETTI PIZZA | |
1/2 lb. cooked and drained spaghetti 1/2 c. milk 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni 1 sliced bell pepper 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives 2/3 c. Ricotta cheese 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese Blend milk, egg and salt in medium bowl. Add spaghetti; mix well. Spread evenly onto greased 14 inch pizza pan. Combine tomato sauce, oregano and pepper; spread over spaghetti. Top with pepperoni, bell pepper, mushrooms and olives. Spoon on Ricotta cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. until hot and bubbly, about 25- 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. |
