1 (1 lb.) can sm. whole white potatoes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika

Set oven at 400 degrees. Butter a cookie sheet. Open can of potatoes. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the cheese and paprika. Roll the potatoes in the cheese mixture. Place the potatoes on the buttered sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
