SEAFOOD SAUCE/DIP 
2 bottle Heinz chili sauce
3 heaping tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Lemon juice

Empty both bottles chili sauce into larger container. Pour 1/2 inch lemon juice into one of the bottles, swish and pour into second bottle. Repeat action and pour into mixture along with other ingredients. Shake well; cover, refrigerate. Do not substitute Heinz brand sauce for maximum results. Additional amounts of other ingredients can be increased or reduced per individual taste. Delicious when served as a cocktail shrimp dip. The quality of this recipe equals the one the former Androy Hotel used in years gone by.
