CHICKEN BREAST 
"skinless" boneless chicken breast
your choice of oil, butter
lemon pepper seasoning (as much as you like)
a dash of salt and pepper

This may be cooked on top of the stove or baked. I add a little water after the chicken has browned and cover for a few minutes to steam. Then uncover and continue cooking. A side dish of rice and a salad makes a light dinner/supper.
