RASPBERRY LIQUEUR | |
1 qt. berries (cherries, grapes, or any fruit) 1/5 whiskey or vodka 3/4 c. Realemon juice 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. water Place berries and alcohol in a gallon glass jar. Refrigerate 10 days to 2 weeks. Shake once or twice daily. After 10 days to 2 weeks strain through cheese cloth. Put juice in a pan and heat. DO NOT BOIL. Dissolve sugar in the water. Add sugar water and lemon juice to fruit juice. Strain into bottles and refrigerate. Serve over ice. |
