FROSTED NUTS 
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. walnuts, pecans, or any combination
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Boil sour cream and sugar to soft boil stage. Add nuts and stir to coat. Empty on cookie sheet and separate. Cool and eat or place in an air-tight container for later eating. They are delicious.
