PINEAPPLE CARAMEL SUNDAE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 precut fresh pineapple
1 pt. vanilla ice cream of yogurt

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and cook over very low heat until sugar dissolves completely and sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes. Cut the pineapple into slices and the slices into wedges. Stir pineapple into the sauce. Serve over scoops of ice cream.
