1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
2-3 c. powdered sugar

Mix the first 3 ingredients well and pour over the cereal. Stir well to coat. Put 2-3 cups of powdered sugar in a large grocery bag. Add Crispix mixture. Close top of bag and shake well. Spread onto 2 cookie sheets to dry.
