OLOFSON HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, frozen
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Fry hamburger, celery and onion until browned, then drain. Cook vegetables, then drain. Mix everything, including noodles. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: Do not dilute soup and do not add salt.
