SAUSAGE BALLS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use hands to mix well. Will seem too dry, but takes time to thoroughly mix. Form into small balls. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain on paper towel. NOTE: Balls will retain shape better if frozen before cooking.
