MEXI - DIP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. lettuce, shredded

Brown ground beef; drain excess grease. Add next seven ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Pour into large baking dish, allow to cool. Pour sour cream and 1/2 of grated cheese over mixture. Top with lettuce and remaining cheese. Serve with chips.
