CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, boiled and boned
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 can of milk (heated)
2 1/2 c. chicken broth

Combine dressing mix with melted butter. Place half of this mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Place large cut pieces of chicken evenly over the dressing mix. Cover with chicken soup-milk mixture. Place remainder of dressing mix over chicken. Pour chicken broth over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
