CHICKEN - ALMOND MOLD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. green grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. toasted shredded almonds
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
Honeydew melon, peeled and sliced crosswise
Pineapple slices

Mix all ingredients except honeydew and pineapple., Place in medium- sized paper cups to mold. Unmold chicken over pineapple on melon slices. Yields 6 servings.
