CHICKEN AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, well drained and chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Place potatoes in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Combine spinach, sour cream, cheese and nutmeg. Spread mixture over potatoes. Dip chicken breasts in milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper, coat with bread crumbs. Place on top of spinach mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
