CHICKEN AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1/3 c. flavored crumbs

Place potatoes in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Combine spinach, sour cream, cheese and nutmeg. Spread mixture over potatoes. Dip chicken breasts in milk; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Coat with bread crumbs. Place on top of spinach mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
