CHICKEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cubed
3 c. raw potato slices
2 cans cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 can milk
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushrooms
Crushed potato chips
Pepper to taste

Add butter, flour, salt and pepper to diluted soup and potatoes, mushrooms into greased casserole dish. Spread 1 can undiluted on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered. Sprinkle crushed chips on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
