JUDY'S CHICKEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
dash of pepper
6 cups sliced potatoes
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 large onion sliced
1 stick butter

Mix together soup, milk and pepper. In a large casserole dish layer slices of potato, onion and chicken. Repeat layers. Pour soup mixture over layers and dot with butter.

Bake covered at 375°F for 1 hour and uncovered for 15 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
