CLAMS CASINO 
12 cherrystone clams in the shell
1-2 drops Worcestershire sauce
Seasoned bread crumbs for topping
1-2 drops hot sauce
3 strips partially cooked bacon, cut in 1/4's

Open shells, letting clam remain in one half; discard other half. Arrange clams in shallow baking pan. On each clam put Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, bacon and bread crumbs. Broil 4 inches from source of heat, until edges of clams curl and bacon is done (2-3 minutes). Makes 12 appetizers.
