COCONUT-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.)
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 9x13 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter, pour sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand) evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool. Chill, if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Great for snacks.
