VIRGINIA'S GIANT COOKIE | |
1 c. butter 3/4 c. peanut butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. light brown sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 1/2 c. quick oats 3/4 c. raisins 3/4 c. M&M'S® candies, plain Cream together butter, sugars and peanut butter. blend in eggs. Add flour and mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and 1/4 cup M&M'S®. Divide dough in half. Line 2 pizza pans with foil. Pans should be 12-13 inches round. Spread dough to within 1 inch of pan's edge. Sprinkle each giant cookie with 1/4 cup M&M'S®. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Should be lightly golden brown. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Gently remove each cookie with foil liner onto wire rack. Cool thoroughly. |
