SOUTHERN CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1/8 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. buttermilk

Mix together dry ingredients. Add egg, oil and buttermilk. Pour into greased 8 inch cast iron skillet. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
