SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
8 oz. bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 pkg. chicken breast, cut up or whole

Mix together the dressing, jam and dry soup mix. Dip the chicken in the sauce mix. Lay the pieces on foil wrapped baking sheet (for easier clean up). Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste occasionally with sauce.

Excellent with rice, make additional sauce for spooning over rice since it is yummy.
