SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, split in half
1 bottle (8 oz.) Wishbone Russian Dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves

Combine Russian dressing, soup mix and preserves. Place chicken breasts in well buttered large, shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste twice. Delicious served over rice with an orange salad.
