FINNISH MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef hamburger meat (17% fat free) 1 egg 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs 2/3 c. cream 1 onion, chopped and simmered in pan Salt Meat tenderizer, seasoned Garlic powder Mix cream and bread crumbs, add spices. Wait 10 minutes and stir in hamburger, egg and onion. Knead dough until elastic. Make small meatballs with hands. Bake 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven (use a cookie sheet) or fry in the pan. |
