CRAWFISH DIP 
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 stick butter
1 bunch green onion
1 pt. half & half cream
2 tsp. plain flour
Season to taste

Take 1 stick of butter, saute green onion. In another pot, saute crawfish tails, add flour for thickening. Add green onion to crawfish. Add half & half cream. Season to taste.
