1 box yellow cake mix, with pudding
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. nuts, pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Combine first 3 ingredients, spread in greased oblong pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 35- 40 minutes.
