3/4 c. flour
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chicken flavored base
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients until all powder smooth. Brush cut up chicken with oil lightly. Place about 2/3 cup mix in a plastic bag. Add chicken, few at a time, and shake until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer in a buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Coating enough for 4 or 5 chickens.
