GERMAN NUDELN BAKE | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 2 med. onions 1 qt. sauerkraut 2 1/2 c. raw wide noodles 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 soup can water Brown the hamburger in a skillet with the onions. Combine the sauerkraut, noodles (uncooked) and the soup and water together in a bowl. Stir the browned hamburger and onion mixture in with the above ingredients. Mix together well and put it into a greased casserole. Bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. If your kraut seems unusually salty, drain off part of the liquid and replace it with an equal part of water. |
